At GravelMotion, we are committed to providing the highest quality new bikes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item subject to the conditions below.

 

1. 30-Day Inspection and Return Period

 

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return for inspection and a full refund.

• The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the return authorization being issued.

 

2. Return Condition Threshold for Full Refund

 

To qualify for a full refund, the returned product must meet the following strict conditions:

• Unused and New Condition: The bicycle must be completely unused and in new condition. It should only have been unboxed for assembly and inspection purposes.

• Original Packaging: The bicycle must be returned in its original, intact packaging (including all protective materials and manuals).

 

3. Exclusions and Deductions

 

The following conditions will result in a partial refund or the return being refused:

• Outdoor Use: Bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are considered used and will not qualify for a full refund.

• Damaged or Missing Packaging: If the original packaging is damaged, lost, or not suitable for safe transport, a deduction will be applied to cover the cost of repackaging and/or the resulting reduction in the item’s value.

• Damage or Wear: Any damage, wear and tear (including scratches, dirt, or signs of assembly/disassembly), or missing components will result in a partial refund deduction based on the assessed loss of value.

 

4. Free Return Shipping & Procedure

 

We aim to make the return process simple and risk-free:

• Return Shipping Cost: We offer FREE return shipping on all eligible bicycle returns. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

• Procedure (Mandatory First Step): To initiate a return, you must first email our support team at info@gravelmotion.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be delayed or refused.

 

5. Refund Processing

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank’s processing times.
